During the event, Bieber also treated the Music Summit crowd to “What Do You Mean” which has been confirmed as the first single off the yet-to-be-titled album that’s marking his first since 2012’s “Believe”.
USA Today said that the track would be catchy and featuring lines like, “What do you mean? You don’t want me to move, but you tell me to go/ What do you mean? You nod your head yes, but you wanna say no.”
