Former President Goodluck Jonathan, has refused to heed the call of Justice Okon Abang of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, to stand as a witness for former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesperson, Olisa Metuh.
Justice Abang had on Tuesday ordered that Goodluck Jonathan be served a subpoena, over the trial of Metuh. But Jonathan, on Wednesday failed to appear in court to testify as a witness in the trial.
It would be recalled that Olisa Metuh is facing a seven-count charge of receiving the enormous sum of N400m from the erstwhile National Security Adviser retired Col. Sambo Dasuki since January 2016.
