Ibadan based Fuji star, Taiwo Adebisi aka Taiye Currency has come out to deny his arrest with a human skull. The Wasiu Alabi Pasuma’s sing – alike, told his fans not to believe such damaging story about him from in the news.
Taiye Currency made this revelation via a recorded voice on a Yoruba metro programme, ‘Mimi Aye’ on Faaji FM, Alagbado, Lagos. The aforementioned radio show aired on Friday, 28th September 2018, between 10pm -11pm.

“When I heard the news that I was in police custody for been in the possession of a human skull. It shocked me and I wondered where such news came from. I also suspected that it may be connected to the political ambition of Yusuf, my son. He is contesting for the portfolio of Oyo state House Of Assembly in 2019. I believe some bad people might be trying to distract our set goals politically”.
Furthermore, Adebisi said that the fake news reminded him of what some foremost music legends experienced in the peak of their careers.
Music legends such as Ayinde Barrister of blessed memory, Sir Shina Peters Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, Evang. Ebenezer Obey.Also King Sunny Ade and IK Dairo of blessed memory.
Accordingly, he made it clear to his fans that he would never be involved in anything that will spoil his image.
