While the 10 years challenge rocked social media on Monday, the 14th, 2019. Falz the bahd guy decided to invite other celebrities to his ‘school’.
Falz kick-started 2019 with his society invoking single titled ‘Truth’, but it didn’t stop there.
He launched his new album titled ‘Moral Instruction’ which according to a fan depicts “4 years’ worth of education disguised as an album”.
Judging from the released single ‘Truth’ I believe this new album will get plenty of people talking as well.
We must agree that Falz has taken it upon himself to tackle societal ills, malfunction and “brouhaha” in his songs as a way of creating awareness to the public and a means of checks and balance to the government.
I first saw the picture of ex-BBN star Ceec dressed as a student to Falz’s album listening party and I was shook.
Further probing led me to Falz’s Instagram page where I saw a lot of others dressed up as secondary school students too.
It was a hilarious concept at the album listening party, as a lot of our celebrities were dressed to recreate their secondary school days.
Ex-BBN housemate Ifuennada was dressed as a naughty school girl, Frank Donga’s costume and lunch pack were out of this world. Another eye-catching costume was that of Cynthia Nwadiora popularly known as Ceec from Big Brother Naija.
The highlight of the night was the young man dressed as packaged yogurt peddler. He wowed everyone present by actually selling yogurts just like we had it in secondary school (although that depends if you went to a tush or public school though)
Overall, the private album listening party for ‘Moral Instruction’ was interesting and fun. It was different from the norm and the reception of the songs from the album by the public has been nothing short of positive.
Have you listened to any song from Falz’s new album yet and what do you think?
