After months of shocking rape allegations made by Busola Dakolo against the pastor, founder and set man of COZA global, Biodun Fatoyinbo, the court has thrown out the case.
A few months ago, social media went agog with the three-part interview where Busola, photographer and wife to popular singer, Timi Dakolo, accused the pastor of COZA of repeatedly raping her in her teenage years.
Although shocking, it wasn't the first time such accusation was made against the charismatic and suave man of God.
The first time such grave accusation was made against the pastor was in 2013 by the former church member, Ese Walters, who revealed she had an inglorious affair with the man of God which translated to adultery, as the man of God was married at the time.
After Busola's big reveal, she filed an official complaint with the police force and the case proceeded to court.
After months of back and forth, the court has thrown the case out and also requested that Busola pay a 1 million naira fine for wasting the court's time.
