Nigerian super striker and Chelsea’s player, Victor Moses has won the men’s 2018 Aiteo-Nigerian Football Federation player of the year award.
The legendary striker Asisat Oshola also won the women’s 2018 Aiteo-Nigerian Football Federation player of the year award.
The duo, emerged the ultimate winners at the maiden edition of the Nigeria Football Federation awards, called the Aiteo-NFF Awards 2018 ceremony, which was held in Lagos on Monday night.
Other winners of the night were Kennedy Bobboye as Coach of the Year (Men) while Coach of the year (Women) award went to Ann Chiejine.
The Young player of the year (Men) award was given to Ikoumem Udoh while that of the Young player of the year (Women) went to Rasheedat Ajibade.
Legends recognised at the Aiteo NFF Awards 2018, inculde Flexi Owolabi, Segun Odegbami, Nwankwo Kanu, Austin Okocha, Austin Eguavoen, Uche Okechukwu, Christian Chukwu, Thompson Usiyan, Akide-Udoh, Adokiye Amiesimaka, among others.
Other contenders for the 2018 NFF Player of the Year, won by Victor Moses, were Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi and Lobi Stars’ Anthony Okpotu.
