The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, has responded to Nollywood actor Aremu Afolayan’s lengthy rant on social media.
Aremu Afolayan had accused airport immigration officers of requesting bribes before allowing his family into the country.
The brother of ace script-writer and producer Kunle Afolayan had gone on a lengthy rant which has gone viral.
In the video, a visibly angered Aremu blasted President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Ambode, airport officials and Ethopia Airline.
Following the release of the vile video, the Airport authorities have released a communique on their social platforms.
A state on their Twitter handle read:
“The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria hereby notifies all passengers and other airport users that access to the terminal building is free.
“All passengers and airport users are therefore advised not to give money to any ‘airport official’ to gain access into the terminal.”
The agency also admonished anyone who has any issues or need further details go contact them on their social-media platforms.
