It's no longer news that the ACPN presidential candidate Obiagele Ezekwesili has withdrawn from the 2019 elections less than a month to elections.
The former world bank vice president made the shocking announcement on her social media page.
Ezekwesili, who served as Minister of Education during the second-term presidency of Olusegun Obasanjo, will now focus on forming a coalition with other contestants to fight against APC and PDP.

The 55-year-old ex-Minister wrote on her Twitter:
Following the reactions of Nigerian citizens at home and abroad to the 2019 Presidential Debate held on Saturday 19, January 2019, and after extensive consultations with leaders from various walks of life across the country over the past few days, I have decided to step down from the presidential race and focus on helping to build a Coalition for a viable alternative to the #APCPDP in the 2019 general elections.
Nigerians have reacted differently to the shocking announcement, with some even claiming it was a plan she drafted long before she decided to run, as she is strong supporter of President Buhari.
A few other persons have commended her for being brave and putting the country first.
