There was wild jubilation in Isiokolo, the headquarters of Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State, today when a woman, Mrs. Otiri Benjamin, delivered a baby girl at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign rally.
The baby girl was successfully delivered around 12 noon by members of the medical team which accompanied the governor to the campaign. According to the party faithfuls, the baby’s delivery was a good sign.
