A Nigerian lady, Chinemerem Obieze, has gone viral on the Internet after she celebrated 'ezenwanyi mmiri Eze', the water goddess popularly known as 'Mammy Water'.

Chinemerem, who claims to be a proud water spirit aka 'Ogbanje', took to her Facebook page recently to shower praises on the much dreaded goddess.

In what has now become a viral post, the 23-year-old wrote: “People cast and bind mamiwater, but when they are thirsty them go look for water to drink, them wan bath, cook, wash nah water them go use.

She has since received criticism from a large chunk of people tagging her as evil for coming out to celebrate Mammy Water.

But she has cared less and even made follow-up posts telling anyone who cares to listen that their attacks can do nothing to her.

"Just this min am just recieving a lot of friend requests and it’s because I’m on insta blog for celebrating my water mother and being proud of where I reincarnated from......those of you coming to find out to know if it's TRUE yes it's TRUE and your insults won't pull me down or make me weak. I’m always proud of whom I am and what I am.

"My IG name is chinemerem_zinny So go on and rant," she concluded.
