After over a month in EFCC custody and two weeks after he was granted bail, Nigerian musician, Naira Marley, has finally regained his freedom from prison.

A video showing the singer, his mum, and his fans celebrating his release from Ikoyi prison is currently circulating online.

While another video of him and his management team driving home in a car is also trending online.

The singer was first arrested on May 10 along with his friend, Zlatan Ibile, and three others by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

However, Zlatan and the three others that were arrested along with Naira Marley by the anti-graft agency were released five days after their arrest but the "Am I a Yahoo Boy?" crooner was still detained.

He was subsequently charged with 11-counts, three of which were for alleged credit card fraud which the singer pleaded not guilty to.

The case was adjourned by the court and Naira Marley was remanded in prison but on the next hearing on May 30, his legal team applied for bail which was granted at N2 million with two sureties.

His release was, however, delayed for another 15 days by the EFCC as they verified and processed all of his bail requirements.

But finally, the singer walked out a free man once again on Friday 14, June.
