Tony Walker 52, was a victim of a terror attack ten years ago in London, on a tube train that had just left Edgware road station. He survived the ambush although he was feets away from the terrorist Mohammed Sidique Khan when he detonated a dirty bomb that left seven people dead, including Khan. Although Walker was riddled with shrapnels, he survived. According to friends and family, the attack left him scarred in more ways than one.
in the wake of the Westminster attack in March and the recent Manchester terror attack, Walker takes his own life because “he couldn’t bear the thought of living in a world where terror attacks continued” according to a close friend of his. The series of attacks brought back the harrowing memories of what happened to him 10 years ago.
