The plot thickens with regards the Offa Robbery scandal, as suspects finger the Senate President Bukola Saraki and Kwara state Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, Read Here . According to reports, the Vice President, Yomi Osinbajo was in a crucial closed door meeting on Monday afternoon with key members of the Buhari administration.
This close door meeting had in attendance the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris; the Director General of the State Security Service, Lawal Daura; and the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami. Although the details of the meeting were hush hush, sources allege that the subject matter of the meeting was the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
The closed door meeting ended at 3:30pm.
There are reports that there is allegedly a nod from the presidency to possibly arrest Saraki, in the course of the investigation, into his involvement in the Offa Robbery.
