Chelsea and Liverpool played out a score draw in a pulsating game at Stamford Bridge to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

Eden Hazard and Daniel Sturridge scored in the first and second half respectively to give both sides a deserved point.

You could tell it would be an exciting match from the blast of the first whistle as both teams pressed high to try and disorganise each other.

Chelsea were the quicker to settle into the game and got a reward for their efforts when Hazard slotted home after a precise pass from Kovacic.

Liverpool almost drew level when Salah rounded Kepa and placed the ball into an empty net but Rudiger was right on time to clear on the line.

Chelsea went into the break with their lead and tried to keep it so till the end of the game.

But former Blue striker Daniel Sturridge scored a stunning goal one minute from time to help the Reds earn a draw.

The draw means Manchester City now seat top of the Premier League table on goal difference.
