Top PDP Leaders Disgraced by Police in Abuja Protest

Top PDP leaders were disgraced by security operatives in Abuja, yesterday, Oct. 5, 2018. They led a protest to the INEC office, demanding the cancellation of the Osun state election.

Thus, they tagged INEC’s conduct at Osun Poll, ‘election robbery’.

Recall that PDP governorship candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke lost to APC’s Gboyega Oyetola, after the election rerun in seven polling units.

Those in the upper echelons of PDP, clashed with security operatives in the course of their protest.

Reportedly, they were ‘teargassed’ while exercising their right to protest.

Top PDP leaders in the protest are :

National Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus; Senate President, Bukola Saraki, Yakubu Dogara, Aminu Tambuwal, Ben Murray Bruce, Dino Melaye.

However, Nigerians are not sympathetic to the plight of PDP leaders and supporters during the protest.
