Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes Jose Mourinho is still the right man to lead Manchester United to a Premier League title.
The former United striker insists Jose Mourinho can still deliver the title but warned the players have to be good enough.
The Portuguese has been under immense pressure for United’s poor start to the season as the reds are 7 points off the top.
Mourinho has also been involved in series of disagreement with his players, most recently World Cup winner, Paul Pogba.
Zlatan who is now with L.A. Galaxy however thinks there’s only much a manager can do with underperforming players.
“I think he has the ability to win [the Premier League],” Ibrahimovic told The Mirror.
“I think he is the right coach for that club, for that team.
“But a coach is only as good as his team, so it’s not like he can do miracles if the team is not good enough.
“And I feel the team is good – it’s progressing, becoming better.
“This is his third year, the players know more and more the way he wants to play and how he wants it – so I believe, yes.”
