Returning to Manchester United again after four years with Juventus was “the best feeling ever” for French star Paul Pogba.
The World Cup winner rejoined the Red Devils in 2016 for a then record fee of £89million.
Pogba has struggled to replicate the form that saw United break the bank to sign him from the Italian champions.
The midfielder continues to be linked with a possible move away from the club to either Barcelona or Juventus.
However, Pogba who’s set to miss France games against the Netherlands and Uruguay insists he’s happy at the club.
Speaking to Inside United, the 25-year-old said:
“When I came back to United, it was the best feeling ever.
“I came back home. I always dreamed of playing for United, to have many games and score goals. Nothing had really changed, except for maybe the team and manager, but the rest of the club was the same.
“I just came back home, it was like I didn’t really leave – I just went on holiday! It was a great feeling to come back home.
“It was great to come back, to feel the air of Manchester. That has never changed.”
