Kuli kuli ( African peanut) is a groundnut that is popular among the Northerners.
Kulikuli is a snack that is eaten alone or paired with many other traditional foods.
Most people might think it is a poor man’s food due to the way it’s been displayed in public.

To prepare this African peanut, all you need to do is roast your groundnut ( depending on the quality you what) and then ground to a paste.
Add salt, ground spices and peppers and mixed together.
If there is excess oil in the paste, remove it with water and squeeze
The paste is then molded into desired shapes and fried with groundnut oil.
Let it cool down after frying before eating
