Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has pulled a hamstring ahead of Saturday’s trip to Southampton in the Premier League.
The Chilean got injured in training on Thursday as United prepared for the game against the Saints.
Sanchez has struggled to hit top form since moving to Old Trafford from Arsenal in January. He has looked a far cry from the player which United fought City to sign.
It’s yet unknown the length of the injury but it’s a possibility the 29-year-old wouldn’t feature again this year.
This would be a worry for Jose Mourinho who lost Victor Lindelof to injury in the last minutes of last week Premier League game.
The Red Devils will be looking to get back to winning ways after their drab draw at Old Trafford against Crystal Palace.
