Abraka, the Delta State capital agog on Sunday as eminent Nigerians were part of the burial ceremony in the South-South to honor Bayelsa State governor, Seriake Dickson.
The late businesswoman hails from Delta State while married to Governor Dickson ‘s father from Bayelsa State.
Leading the A-list Nigerians was Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and wife, Dolapo, Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, ex-governor Peter Obi.
Other presents at the final burial include Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, Speaker Yakubu Dogara, former governor James Ibori, and the current Delta State governor,Ifeanyi Okowa.
While senators in their hundreds across the country were also part of the burial ceremony.
Governor Okowa while describing Madam Dickson said as a woman, she impacted the virtues of humility to her children.
“Governor Dickson is a very humble man and hardworking, these are some qualities his mother inculcate in them.
While adding that God would continue to strengthen the children.
