Vice President Yemi Osibanjo Holds Presidential Christmas Carol



Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo on Thursday, December 13, 2018, held Presidential  Christmas Carol.

The annual event tagged Christmas Praise Concert took place at the State House Banquet Hall, inside Aso Villa, Abuja.

Former Head of State, Yakubu Gowon and  General Overseer of Redeemed Christain Church of God, Enoch Adeboye, were among the eminent personalities that graced the event.

The carol also had the presence of Dolapo Osibanjo, Akwa Ibom State governor, Emmanuel Udom and Secretary to the Federation, Mustapha.

Ekiti State governor, Kayode Fayemi, and Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong were also in attendance.


Adeboye in his Christmas message, Praised God for peace in the country and prayed God to continue to protect Nigeria from the religious crisis. While he committed the 2019 general elections into God’s hands.

Also commenting,  Seyi Malomo, the chaplain, the State House Chapel,  also prayed for Nigeria and the leader, President Muhammadu Buhari who would mark his birthday on Sunday, December 16.

The congregation had a fun-filled day as choirs groups such as Aso Villa Chapel Choir, Plateau Unity Choir and Praise Chorale, Lagos, among others thrilled many with their renditions.

The Presidential  Christmas Carol is an annual event holds at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, to celebrate Christmas.
