Nigerian professional football league champions Lobi Stars have qualified for this season’s CAF Champions League group stage.
Lobi booked their place in the group stage of the competition after a 2-0 win over Gor Mahia in Enugu.
A brace for striker Sikiru Alimi was enough to see Nigeria’s representative in the competition retain their place.
The Makurdi side qualified on away goals rules having lost 3-1 in the first leg in Kenya.
All attention will now be on Enugu Rangers who play in the CAF confederations cup tomorrow.
