Want to learn new ways to prepare your eggs? Check out five here
Tired of eating your eggs the same old, boring way? Check out five different types of eggs and how to make them.
1. Steamed Eggs
The process of making steamed eggs involves boiling some water in a pot, adding your eggs, and leaving them to boil for about 20 minutes. Next, take the eggs out of the hot water and put them in cold water to cool off before peeling.
2. Poached Eggs
Pour about two litres of water into a pot and leave it to boil. When it's boiled, add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, stir it well, then break your eggs inside the water.
Allow to form for about two minutes, then use your spoon to bring it out carefully so that it does not scatter.
Use your sieve to dry the water. Add cold water in another bowl and place the egg inside it to cool for about three minutes.
3. Sun Dry Eggs
Pour a little oil in your nonstick pan. When it is hot, break your eggs into the oil. Reduce the heat, then sprinkle your spices into the eggs.
When the egg white or albumen turns brown, then it is ready for serving.
4. Egg Omelete
Break your eggs in a bowl. Get your spices (pepper or vegetables) ready in your nonstick pan. Add a little oil, and when it is hot, pour in your mixture. Make sure it is flat. When one side is done, turn the other side, then serve. Be careful not to burn it.
5. Scrambled Eggs
Pour a little oil into your nonstick pan and reduce the heat. Add your spices (pepper, and vegetables).
Break your eggs in a bowl and add a little salt. Beat or whisk the eggs and pour your mixture into the hot oil. Stir it until it's gold, then serve.
