Former Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, is about heading to court to reclaim his lost mandate of Delta South Senatorial seat.

The frontline politician has also petitioned Resident Electoral Commissioner of Delta State, citing election malpractice.

To back up his claim, the medical doctor turned politician has provided a footage of how voters in Warri South and West and Warri North were being intimidated at various polling units across all local council areas of the state.

The former governor decried the attacks on voters while urging state REC to cancel the election and hold a fresh election for people to chose the candidate of their choice.

Uduaghan of All Progressives Congress lost to the incumbent Senator James Manager and candidate of the People’s Democratic Party.

Manager won the seat with 258,812 votes against Uduaghan who scored 125,812 votes.
