Actress and philanthropist, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, has opened up about her daughter’s health challenge in a bid to inspire her fans.
Some celebrities value their privacy, and as such, deal with their problems privately without coming on social media to complain or brag about overcoming such problems.
Omotola Jalade Ekeinde took to Instagram to inspire young mothers who have children with special needs. She narrated how her first child, Princess Ekeinde, suffered a high fever when she was barely a year old. Neither she nor her husband had any experience in dealing with children, and by the time they took their baby girl to the hospital, she was almost dead.
According to her, the baby miraculously survived after the doctors told her that she would live like a vegetable and would be catered to all the days of her life.
The doctor was, however, proved wrong when Princess survived. Although she was slow in physical and mental activities compared to her siblings, she always came top of her class.
The proud mother of four also thanked God that her daughter successfully graduated from the university in flying colours and had decided to further her education to the point of a Master’s degree and maybe beyond.
