After hauling insults at Kizz Daniel and accusing him of being a traitor, Demmie Vee has apologised to the Fly Boy Inc. boss. Here’s why.
‘Tiff’ crooner, Demmie Vee, recently took to social media to call out and insult Kizz Daniel for being a traitor. According to the up and coming artiste, Kizz Daniel refused to promote him after demanding for a huge sum of money but instead used the money to pursue personal projects.
He also stated that, based on the little misunderstanding he had with Kizz Daniel and his management, the Fly Boy Inc. boss sent police officers to harass and arrest him over something which could have been settled amicably.
Kizz Daniel neither disputed nor refuted his claims, and carried on promoting his ‘Fvck You’ challenge which has become an international sensation.
Demmie Vee has now taken to social media to apologise to Kizz Daniel and offer explanations to fans, especially those who criticized him for joining Kizz Daniel's record label, Fly Boy Incorporated.
He explained that he has always looked up to Kizz Daniel as a godfather, and when the opportunity presented itself, he was all too happy to be under his tutelage.
According to him, he isn't signed under Kizz Daniel's record label but signed to his management, for guidance in his music career.
A lot of people complained about me joining Flyboi inc. Let me make this more clear to you all, I never signed a record label deal with Kizz Daniel but a management deal. A management deal where I can always have someone I am looking up to ... We needed proper management after tiff has blown. And a good team to work with ... Kizz Daniel was someone I have always looked up to as my GF in the industry which made myself and my CEO decide to approach FBI for this management deal. Also for us to be able to grow FLYBOI together. Kizz has always been a good person to me with a good heart. I’m using this opportunity to let everyone understand that I’m truly sorry for everything this whole drama might have caused the whole Flyboi management/team. I will forever appreciate what you guys have done for me. From the bottom of my heart, I’m saying I am sorry. Let love lead. And to all upcoming acts out there. Always remember patience is a virtue. #Surulere
