FIRS Boss Tunde Fowler’s Daughter, Olufunke, Remarries  

After her crashed marriage, Tunde Fowler’s daughter, Olufunke, has found love again and the two tied the knot yesterday.

Funke Fowler, the daughter of the Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, Tunde Fowler, on Saturday walked down the aisle with her fiancé, Aigbovbiose, the younger brother of Aig-Imoukhuede, former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank Plc.

Funke Fowler is taking a shot at marriage again after her previous marriage to Abiodun Abi Kuku, the last son of the late Chief Bayo Kuku crashed over irreconcilable differences.

The high profile wedding held yesterday at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The traditional wedding had earlier held last Thursday at the bride’s family home in Parkview Estate Ikoyi, Lagos.

The wedding, which was attended by the high and mighty in the society, had in attendance Funke’s maternal grandmother, the iconic Chief (Mrs) Leila Apinke Fowler, who played the Chief hostess.

The mother of the bride is Rosemary, an African-American, while her dad, Tunde, is the well-connected man who sways high at FIRS.

The groom, Aigbovbioise Aig-Imoukhuede, is a well-respected man in corporate Nigeria.

Aigbo, as he is fondly called, is the son of Frank Aig-Imoukhuede, a veteran journalist, poet, playwright and author.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom.
