Blessing Okoro displays another picture of her supposed mansion and the real owner reacts.
After being accused of falsely leading the public on and deceiving fans by posing with another man's house, blogger Blessing Okoro has refused to accept defeat and move on.
The blogger, in preparation for her 30th birthday, uploaded an image of a 7-bedroom duplex which she claimed was hers. But an Ibo businessman based in China has come out to dispute the claims with video proof that the house is his.
Blessing Okoro, in a bid to resurrect her already tarnished image, uploaded a partial document of a building plan for her house while encouraging fans to subscribe to her website and YouTube channel for more of what she has to say.
While many have condemned the influencer for lying about her acquisitions just to be popular on social media, others insist that the houses might just be similar and it could be a misunderstanding blown out of proportion by social media.
In a bid to reaffirm that the house she claimed was truly hers, she posted another picture of the house. But this time, people recognised the picture from the other man's Instagram page. The back and forth between the two supposed house owners is getting messy.
It is possible, as a source claims, that the relationship blogger is just messing with fans and doing all these to trend and remain relevant. She has started running adverts on her page for a fee.
It could all be a planned work to grow her new website, just like the strategy employed by actress, Tonto Dikeh.
