Billionaire businessman and politician, Prince Ned Nwoko, may be taking the news of his loss at the Court of Appeal harder than anyone thought, as he is said to be currently hospitalized.
Prince Ned Nwoko, the billionaire businessman and husband to teen actress, Regina Daniels, is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital, reports say.
The former member of Federal House of Representatives is said to be suffering from high blood pressure.
The Delta-born politician reportedly developed high blood pressure on Thursday a few minutes after receiving the news of his election loss at the Court of Appeal which favoured his opponent, Senator Nwaoboshi.
The Court Of Appeal sitting in Abuja had declared the distinguished Senator, Peter Nwaoboshi, the winner of the Delta North senatorial primary election.
The Appeal Court also set aside the judgment of the lower court which had earlier declared Mr. Ned Nwoko the winner of that primary election and ordered the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately withdraw any Certificate of Return issued to Mr. Ned Nwoko.
It was as a result of this that he developed high blood pressure.
