Three players joins the Super Eagles camp.
Coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, earmarked Wednesday as the deadline for arrival of players to camp.
The deadline was initially slated for Monday 3rd of June, but the coach put into consideration the Muslim players in the squad and moved the date to June 5.
Wednesday afternoon saw Ahmed Musa, Shehu Abdullahi and Alex Iwobi arrive the Golden Tulip Hotel camp in Asaba, complementing the 16 players already present in camp.
William Troost Ekong, centre back for Italian club, Udinese, and Jude Odion Ighalo are still expected to join the camp.
The players in camp include: Ola Aina, Samuel Chukwueze, Henry Onyekwuru, Mikel Obi, Leon Balogun, Jamilu Collins, Chigozie Awaziem, Semi Ajayi, Moses Simon, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Paul Onachu, Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Oshimhen, Francis Uzoho, Daniel Akpeyi, Oghenekaro Etebo, John Ogu, Samuel Kalu, Shehu Abdullahi, Alex Iwobi, Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi.
On June 8th, Gernot Rohr's team would take on Zimbabwe, before playing their last friendly match against Senegal on June 16.
These players will then go on to represent the Super Eagles in her 18th appearance in the most prized reward in Africa, the African Cup Of Nations [AFCON], as they aim to win their fourth title.
