Amidst numerous speculations, Ubi Franklin explains how he mismanaged his wealth.
There have been speculations of serial entrepreneur Ubi Franklin's financial status. In a recent interview, the triple MG boss admitted that between 2012 and June 2019, he had grossed about 10 billion naira in profit summarily from his businesses, including Instant Pickup, Instant Apartments and his erstwhile record label, Made Men Music.
The businessman also explained that he squandered all the billions he amassed on flossing, luxury shopping and expensive lifestyle. According to him, he lacked the discipline and ability to be frugal with his finances at that point. He implied subtly that he regrets not investing his billions in assets which would have fetched him more financial returns.
Ubi Franklin also revealed that he made his first 1 million naira from his first artiste signed to his record label, Made Men Music Group.
The businessman has been a trending topic in the news of late, especially after impregnating multiple women so far in 2019. Ubi has also been labelled scam by single women on social media who claim he lured them with business ideas with his poor financial state and borrowed huge sums of money from them. The entrepreneur has stayed quiet amidst the several claims and the labelling by online trolls.
Amidst the many rumours surrounding Ubi, former Big Brother Naija star, Cynthia Nwadiora, known popularly as Cee-C, appreciated him for standing beside her immediately she left the reality show especially when the public tagged her a bad brand to invest in. She appreciated him for also brokering some deals in her favour.
