Biodun Fatoyinbo slams Timi Dakolo and wife, Busola, with court case for defamation of his character.
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly has responded to accusations from Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo.
In a recent interview making the rounds on social media, Busola revealed to Chude Jideonwo of Y Naija TV that the pastor forcefully took her virginity when she turned 17 in Illorin, Kwara State.
This is not the first time the man of God is being accused of engaging in illicit affairs with female church members. The trend started in 2013 when a church member and worker, Ese Walter, revealed she had a week long affair with the "man of God" during her Masters Degree program in London. Although the pastor promised to release a statement, he defaulted on his promise and chose a deafening silence instead.
After much insults hauled at the church and pastor from the public and demands for an explanation from dedicated members like actor, Akah Nnani, Fatoyinbo has finally put out a statement on his page vehemently denying the allegations.
The reverend has gone ahead to explain that his silence over the years despite many accusations was advised by his lawyers and concerned church members. He further reveals that he is ready to take legal actions through his lawyers against Busola and Timi Dakolo who failed to seek his approval before turning to social media with the hefty accusations.
The pastor cleared the air by stating categorically that he has never raped anyone in his life, not even when he was a notorious cultist.
