Korra Obidi has proven to the world that dance is good exercise for pregnancy and labour.
If you frequent social media a lot, you would have noticed one of the most daring and talented dancers from Nigeria, Korra Obidi.
Her energy on and off the gram is contagious. Korra took her fans on her journey of nine months while pregnant, showcasing all her endearing acts.
Just when we thought Laura Ikeji was the pregnant dancing queen, Korra dragged the award with her acrobatics and larger than life dance. She even auditioned for "So you Think You Can Dance" and wowed the judges with her eclectic dance moves.
Korra shared a video of herself in labour with her supportive husband, Dr. Dean, by her side comforting her. Shortly after, she announced the birth of her healthy baby girl who came into the world naturally, without epidural or a surgery.
Everyone is so elated and happy for the dancer and many have taken to her page to congratulate her. She and her husband announced the name of their new born girl, June Chukwuebube Dean.
Many on social media are so relieved and happy that the dancer gave birth naturally amidst the several stunts she pulled while pregnant. Korra now stands as an inspiration to expecting mothers to continually exercise and be active while pregnant.
Hearty congratulations are in order to Korra Obidi and Doctor Dean on the birth of their new born, June.
