Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has given another hint that a switch to Italy could be drawing ever closer.

The Belgian has been linked with a move away from the United after dropping down the pecking order on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's list of strikers.

Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial look set to lead the lines for United best season ahead of the former Everton man, while Mason Greenwood has been told he would get more playing time this season after making his debut last season.

New Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte is keen to bring Lukaku to the Serie A but the Italian club is yet to meet the £80 million asking price of Manchester United.

And recent reports are that Juventus have entered the race and are proposing a swap deal that would see Paulo Dybala moving the other direction.

But it seems like a deal with one of both sides is close to completion if the 26-year-old's tweet is anything to go by.

The Belgium all-time top scorer shared a photo of him and his agent with the caption: "Soon to be continued 🤫."

This is coming after Pastorello had rated his client in an interview with Il Foglio Sportivo as of the four-five best strikers in the world.

“We’ve improved our selection of forwards and reached the apex with Lukaku, who is one of the three-four best strikers in the world.”

Lukaku joined the Red Devils two summers ago in a £75 million switch from Everton.
