Nigeria has sued the South African police over assault on former Big Brother Africa housemate, Tayo Faniran.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, on Saturday disclosed that the Nigerian authority in South Africa has sued the South African police for assaulting Tayo Faniran, a former housemate of Big Brother Africa.
Tayo was manhandled by the police in South Africa on Friday on his way to an event but was later let off the hook.
Erewa noted that, following the death of several innocent and unsuspecting Nigerians, the authority would pursue the case to a logical conclusion against the South African police.
Though Faniran has been released, there is a revealing video footage of how the former BBA housemate was manhandled by the police that is circulating the internet.
