Super Eagles boss, Gernot Rohr, has handed PFC CSKA Sofia of Bulgaria player, Efosa Solomon-Otabor, a late invitation to the Nigerian squad for the international friendly game against Brazil.
The winger, who has been invited to the team for the first time replaces injured Bordeaux winger, Samuel Kalu, who has been ruled out of the October 13 clash in Singapore.
Kalu, who was impressive in the last game against Ukraine, missed Bordeaux's 3-1 win away to Toulouse on Saturday at the Stadium de Toulouse through the injury he sustained in training.
Solomon-Otabor, who was born in London to Nigerian parents, declined an England U-21 team invitation last year in order to wait for a call up to the Super Eagles.
The 23-year-old former Birmingham City star decided to follow in the footsteps of his uncle, Thompson Oliha, who also played for the country.
