Learn how to manage your partner when you are angry with them.
Does your spouse get you angry sometimes? You need not hurl insults at each other or exchange words. Instead, do these three things whenever you are angry with your spouse.
1. Communicate openly and honestly
Do not show passive aggression by saying "Nothing is wrong" when something is actually wrong. Talk about it with your partner.
2. Take responsibility for your actions
There might be some occasions when your spouse is clearly and completely the one at fault, but at times, you will have to take responsibility too for any little part you played.
3. Work through it quickly
Don't hold grudges for months. Work through issues right away. Issues left unaddressed develop into something more serious.
