Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen, showed glimpses of his finishing skills during a recent Lille training ahead of their Champions League clash against Valencia.

The French Ligue 1 side host the Spanish outfit tonight in their third group game of this season's Champions League and the 20-year-old could be vital to Christophe Galtier's team bid for their first points.

The 20-year-old who has had an incredible start to his Lille career seems to have continued in his fine form in Tuesday's preparation for the game.

Osimhen is one of the most feared strikers in France today and a video capturing Lille's training showed why he is causing defenders nightmares this season.

In a routine build-up play practice, the former Wolfsburg man finished off a cross from the left side with a brilliant flick after a quick burst into the area.

Osimhen joined Les Dogues from Belgium club, Sporting Charleroi, this summer as the direct replacement for Nicolas Pepe who left for Arsenal.

The former U-17 world champion has been an instant hit for the French club, finding the back of the net eight times in twelve appearances.

Lille will need their magical forward to come up with the goods once again at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy stadium if they are to keep hopes of qualifying from the group stages alive.

The Great Danes are at the bottom of Group H, having lost their first two games against Ajax Amsterdam and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Osimhen's national teammate, Samuel Chukwueze, has warned Valencia to be wary of the threat posed by the striker ahead of the Champions League encounter.

“He (Osimhen) is a great player. He has a lot of speed and (eye for) goal. He reads (the opposition) very well. He is a very complete forward," Chukwueze told Spanish online news outlet, ''.
