Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, on Wednesday, appointed Saude Amina Atoyebi as an aide for social investment programme.
This was disclosed to the media yesterday in a statement.
Briefing newsmen, El-Rufai disclosed that Atoyebi has worked with him since 2012, starting as a researcher prior to being appointed in 2015 as Personal Secretary and Senior Special Assistant, Administration.
In these roles, she was said to have provided support for the running of the Governor’s office and has sometimes covered the duties of the Principal Private Secretary.
With the new appointment, she has the responsibility of assisting the federal government in the state to reduce levels of poverty and socio-economic vulnerability in the country through the National Social Investment Programmes
Atoyebi is a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She bagged a master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from Coventry University, United Kingdom.
She is also an alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Programme on Adaptive Leadership and the Agha Khan University’s Voice of Leadership programme.
