To American rapper, Cardi B, the United States of America is not safe. According to her, there is no telling what the aftermath of Donald Trump's latest airstrike in Iran will be.
On Saturday, the American rapper took to her official Twitter handle to declare her interest in applying for Nigerian citizenship as a safety measure.
Her plea for Nigerian citizenship was positively received, as Naira Marley was the first to ask the rapper to forward her credentials.
More recently, the chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, tweeted:"@iamcardib As one in charge of the Diaspora for Ngr, We can’t wait to receive you again, Our doors are open, sister. And you need to talk a walk through the Door of Return in Badagry. It’s an indescribable experience."
