Liverpool full-back, Trent Alexander-Arnold, took some time out of his afternoon on Monday to field questions from his fans on social media.
The Englishman recently reached 1million followers on Twitter, so he decided to have a Twitter chat with his followers to celebrate the feat.
Arnold had asked for fans to ask him questions, and unsurprisingly, one of the questions that was asked was about his preference between Lionel Mercy and Cristiano Ronaldo.
A fan had asked, "Would you rather play with Messi or Ronaldo?" to which the 21-year-old replied that he would rather play with Liverpool captain, Henderson.
His response to the question, which almost every footballer gets asked in such Q&A sessions, seemed to excite Red fans who showered likes, retweets and comments on the post.
Although he didn't pick Messi over Ronaldo as his preferred choice between the duo, the Champions League winner admitted Messi was the toughest opponent he has faced during his career.
As is the case with many Liverpool academy graduates, Arnold picked Steven Gerrard as his Liverpool idol while naming Thierry Henry and Zinedine Zidane as his non-Liverpool idols.
So far this season, Arnold has contributed 2 goals and 10 assists for Liverpool as he continues his meteoric rise.
