When you hear beer, what comes to your mind? As for me, the first thing that comes to mind is “party scatter!"

Beer serves as a beverage for relaxation and entertainment, right? Something to take when you are watching a soccer game or when you are playing games with your friends.

But do you know that beer can also be used for hair growth? I bet you didn't!

Beer contains protein, siliva, vitamin B, and other nutrients and components that can help with hair growth.

Beer is able to repair hair cuticles, it also helps to balance the PH level of the hair giving it volume and shine. The protein in it can help to strengthen the hair.

Here are ways to use beer for your hair growth.

1. Beer Shampoo

Beer is another way to have clean and healthy hair. You will need to boil for at least 10 minutes to remove the alcohol.

Alcohol is bad for the hair and can dry it out. So it's very important to always boil the beer before use.

Once it has cooled down, add your usual shampoo to it and use the shampoo beer to wash your hair the way you use the usual shampoo.

2. Moisture Mask

This is another great way to use beer for hair. You will boil the beer for 15 minutes and add the egg yolk to it when it's cooled down.

Apply the mixture after washing your hair. Leave for 20-30 minutes. Egg yolk gives an extra protein boost.

3. Beer Rinse

You can use beer to rinse your hair. However, make sure you let the beer stay open for some hours to allow the decarbonating process.

Wash and condition as usual and rinse it out with beer. Let it sit for 10 -15 minutes.

Do not panic if you have beer residue in your hair, it doesn't matter. Always let it sit out open for hours to decarbonate it or you boil before you use.
