This contains menthol which gives it a distinct flavour and odour. This can help ease nausea and vomiting. Soak in water for 10 minutes, strain, allow it to cool and drink. Add honey if you like. You can also sniff or chew the leaves.
Increase your intake of water during pregnancy. You can try sipping slowly so that your stomach can tolerate it. Do not be dehydrated during pregnancy.
Orange has a fresh and citric odour. This can help relieve nausea and vomiting. Take a tablespoon of powdered orange, peel and suck on it. Take a cup of orange juice a while after.
5. Vitamin B6
Add foods rich in vitamin B6 to your diet. Eat foods like nuts, poultry, fish and legumes. This can help improve morning sickness. It's safer to take foods rather than supplements.
Lemon has a flavour that can also help to relieve nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Squeeze some lemon into a cup and add water to it. You can add honey if you like.

Cloves contain a compound called eugenol. It has a strong aroma and flavour and can help relieve nausea and vomiting. Steep for 10 minutes in hot water, strain, allow to cool and add honey.
Almonds are rich in protein. They can help in digestion and can help reduce nausea.
