Nigerian author, Reno Omokri, in a recent social media post on the dethronement of the Emir of Kano, made a list of people who will suffer a similar fate.
He included the duo of Nasir El-Rufai and Rotimi Amaechi on the list.
Read what he wrote below:
"After Sanusi, the duo of Nasir El-Rufai, and that potbellied traitor, Rotimi Amaechi, may be next! “Like a partridge that hatches eggs it did not lay are those who gain riches by unjust means. When their lives are half gone, their riches will desert them, and in the end they will prove to be fools.”-Jeremiah 17:11"’
In a subsequent Instagram post, while making reference to former President Olusegun Obasanjo's letter which was addressed to the dethroned Emir, Omokri explained that the letter suggests that Sanusi deserved even worse than he got.
"A lot of people don’t realize that former President Obasanjo, ever the diplomat, is really not saying what many think he is saying about Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. Read the letter carefully. He did not say what happened to Sanusi was undeserved. He said it was UNDERSERVED. Underserved means ‘inadequate’. In other words, Sanusi deserved even worse than he got! Galatians 6:7-8 in action," he wrote.
The author further said that Kano State is infected by what he identified as the Kanovirus.
