Oyetola Sworn-in As Osun State Governor Says “My administration Will Be Friendly”



Adegboyega Oyetola on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, was sworn-in as the governor of Osun State.

Oyetola in his inaugural address made several promises after his swearing in.

He said:

“I will create 30,000 jobs and I will run a friendly administration.

Oyetola in his submission said the welfare of workers in the state would be paramount.

“My administration will do more in serving people.

“We will make sure salaries are paid as at when due and  we will take care of our pensioners.”

Oyetola in his conclusion commended his predecessor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for various developmental projects executed during his 8-year tenure.

Oyetola assured Osun indigenes he would sustain and continue from where Aregbesola stopped.

The newly sworn-in governor is a graduate of the University of Lagos, with a BSc (Hons) Insurance, 1978.

He is also an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute, London and Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
