2005: First human face transplant is performed in France on Chimp attack victim, Charla Nash. Charla was the friend of a woman who kept 200 pound chimpanzee Travis as a pet. In February 2009, the Chimp savagely attacked her without warning. Nash was left blind, with severe facial deformities and without both hands. Despite the devastating injuries, Nash survived and became an inspiration.

1874: British statesman Sir Winston Churchill was born at Blenheim Palace.
November 30th marks the birth of Nobel Prize winning writer Winston Churchill who is way more famous for being a colonel, politician and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during WW2: Winston Churchill was amongst the first people to notice the dangers of the Nazi movement, refused surrender and defended the UK in the darkest hour.

1982: Release of Thriller by Michael Jackson which was the music icon’s second solo album, it’s still today, the bestselling record album in history with over 65 million copies worldwide. Thriller  was released on November 30, 1982, by Epic Records, as the follow-up to Jackson’s critically and commercially successful 1979 album Off the Wall.
