3 Options For Couples Trying To Conceive

Margaret Solace

It’s a sad thing to go through infertility and the trouble it causes. According to research, 40% of couples are going through one issue of childlessness or the other. There are great options to consider if you’ve waited for a natural way to conceive and it hasn’t happened.

These options are considered safe and legal.

• Adoption

Adoption is a process where a person takes the position of either a legal mom or a legal dad to a child or person. Some of these children are from orphanage homes mostly founded by churches and held by religious leaders.

• Artificial insemination

Artificial insemination is when a doctor inserts sperm directly into a woman’s cervix. It is called Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). It makes sperm get to its destination (egg) on time, unlike the natural fertilization process. It is expensive, and in some cases, you have to keep on trying.

• Surrogacy

This is when fertilized egg is implanted into another woman’s womb and she carries the pregnancy to term and delivers the baby. The baby biologically belongs to the owner of the sperm and egg. They are the legal parents.
