The Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma – Egba, on Tuesday said he would not defect from the Peoples Democratic Party regardless of the pressures from an opposition party to join its league.
“There were reports last week that I was approached by an opposition. Well, the fact of the matter is that I remain in PDP and as a loyal party member, I will work to ensure the victory of my party at all levels in the 2015 polls,” Egba said.
Urging the electorate to ensure that they protect their votes in order to avoid any form of rigging, he said also called on Nigerians to vote for the PDP in the 2015 elections.
Ndoma-Egba said the PDP remained the strongest party to deliver democracy dividends despite the disagreements in the party across the federation.
