TB Joshua set to host relatives of Synagogue collapse victims

The General overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua will host a New Year’s memorial service in Nigeria for the relatives of the South Africans who lost their lives in the Synagogue building collapse on September 12, 2014.

A spokesman at Joshua’s SCOAN confirmed that 44 South Africans relatives of the deceased have flown to Lagos to attend the ceremony.

“Joshua is going to lead the service to commiserate and offer spiritual support,” said SCOAN spokesman Patrick Iwelumor.

“As the chief mourner, there is a need for (Joshua) to connect with these people,” he added.

A 116 people, including 81 South Africans were killed in the Synagogue building collapse.
