TWO separate bomb blasts yesterday rocked the Bauchi Road axis of Jos North Local Government in Plateau State, leaving behind many casualties.
The incident occurred as the Federal Government issued an alert to Nigerians that agents of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) are trying to radicalize the nation’s youth through the social media and other sources.
It was gathered that two of the blasts occurred opposite the University of Jos main campus, close to the Pharmacy Gate of the institution.
The number of casualties at the time of sending this report was still unknown. But at the scene of one of the blasts at the entrance of the Bauchi Road Motor Park, six bodies were being packed into the Special Task Force (STF) Hilux van for evacuation to Jos University Teaching Hospital.
